Frequently Asked Questions

How often does your company come out?

Most customers prefer once week service. We also scoop twice a week, twice per month or monthly. One time clean is also available.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We work year round and in most weather conditions. We will try to get your yard serviced on your scheduled day, but if the weather does not clear up , we will get out there on the next day.

What about holidays?

We do not work New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

 

Can you work with the dog in the yard?

Yes, if your dogs are friendly and will allow people in the yard.  Of course, if your dog has been known to be aggressive to strangers, we ask that you keep them confined.

Are there any contracts to sign?

No, the only contract we ask you to sign permission to be in your yard and do work for you. You may start or stop anytime, by phone or email. We need a 24 hour notice.

Can I skip a day?

Yes, just give us a 24 hour notice and we will arrange anything you need.  If your dog is not going to be in your yard for some time,  let us know when we can come back to start service again.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely online, over the phone, or by mail.  We take charge, debit, cash or check.

What do you do with the poop you scoop?

We double bag it and put it in your designated receptacle. We will also remove the waste, and take it with us, at your request for a small fee.

What if I am having a family get together, can I switch my service day that week?

Yes, we will try to work with you for ANY reason, just give us a call.

How will I be billed?

One time service will be due before service.  Monthly service will be billed the 1st every month, and due by the 15th of that month.  We do not ask for payment until after service has been finished, however we do ask for a $5.00 late charge after the 15th. Service will discontinue until payment is made.
